3C is a fine cider produced by the Winemakers at Three Choirs.  The modern facilities and winemaking expertise have been used to create a clean, fresh and fruity style of cider ideal as a quality drink with or without food.  The apples used are Bramley and Dabinett, sourced from local orchards within the Three Counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, and are cold fermented using wine yeast in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.  The cider is also bottled at low temperatures to help preserve the fruit character and give a freshness in the glass.   A wonderful clear product, on its own or with food.

Our Flagship beer, and one that has been with us since the brewery's inception, has an established local following. Many Public Houses report strong sales, and repeat orders mean many people are increasingly aware of what a Great British beer such as Cat's Whiskers can offer. It is a bright, medium-bodied beer, with a gentle sparkle and delivers a rich hop flavour to give a refreshing and characterful pint. This tawny coloured ale is 4.2%abv.

This 3.6%abv beer was developed to cater for the increase in demand for a locally produced session ale. This smooth, easy-drinking beer has found favour with many CAMRA enthusiasts, and has turned out to be an instant hit with local pub-goers.
